How i implemented Law of attraction to manifest right jobs for me !



While travelling from Pune to Mumbai I happened to interact with stranger on spiritual topics. What he mentioned during our conversation is worth mentioning here “I do practice law of attraction but recent experience made me totally confused. My friend is blaming me for teaching him these techniques. My friend was desperately wanted to get out of his stressful job hence I told him you visualize you have got offer letter from other company, you are resigning from this job, your last day etc etc. My friend did manifest new job but now he is so frustrated and feeling that previous job was way better than this”
Have you experienced this? You asked for something from universe, you prayed for it, you applied law of attraction but when you actually manifested it, you went like Oh this is not what I wanted, I am not happy with this. 

I would like to share my experience here

In last semester of MBA, ICICI Prudential was the first company to visit our campus for placements. I applied law of attraction. Daily I used to visualize I am appearing confident in front of interview panel, I am answering all questions smartly, I receive offer letter, My work location is close to my residence etc etc

Everything happened just the way I had visualized. To my surprise I was asked only those questions which I had been rehearsing in my mind…even the sequence was same! I soon received offer letter, office was close to my home. My entire being was filled with sense of achievement.

How I wish it could last longer !

Within 15 days after joining the company I felt I made mistake by accepting this job offer. I felt miserable. I used to feel so heavy to go work. I hated every aspect of that job – job profile, boss, colleagues, career growth path, office interior etc etc

I started thinking what went wrong? What is wrong with me? I should be happy because I got whatever I had asked for. When I analyzed and introspected I realized, All my conscious and subconscious desires had been manifested - to be a part of reputed company or well known brand, to be among first batch to be placed, to be placed before final exam because I wanted to be tension free while appearing for exam, to have job location close to my residence in Mumbai, I wanted to soon start earning and repay my education loan. 

The most important aspect which I did not focus was how I would like to feel while working? How that job should make me feel? What would I like to experience in that job?

Ahhh ...!!!!

I realized I was operating out of assumptions that x...y…z… situations or things would certainly make me happy, but that is absolute lie. I must work other way round.

I decided to correct this mistake. I kept asking myself charuta how do you want to feel at work? What is your definition of a ideal job? 

After asking this question and spending few days in contemplation I came up with answer.

My rough definition of ideal job consists of these points. Universe will you please present job opportunity where:-  

I feel motivated to go to office everyday 
I get to learn a lot and I enjoy my work
I have colleagues who are fun to work with 
Bosses and colleagues are cooperative
Something related equity research profile 
Interacting with foreign clients
My work is getting appreciated 

Within two months I received offer from Pune based company. It was a small company, not very well known but experience of working was totally enriching. My best friend Mugdha was my colleague; all other colleagues were of same age so we used to party together. Job profile was too good offering us exposure to private equity markets and U.S. based clients. My work was getting appreciated. There were challenges yet I was happy with what I was doing. I was learning and growing professionally.

I attracted my other two jobs using the same techniques. When I asked Universe will you please present job opportunity where:-  

My knowledge and experience of private equity market will be of some use
I would be considered as knowledgeable person
Where people are approaching me for advice and solution  
I am a top performer
Interacting with foreign counterparts

I got offer letter from Bank of New York Mellon in Pune. Even during recession phase I could manifest this job. This company helped me to grow at next level in my career. I was in love with BNY Mellon.

Later I started seeking job in Mumbai, at that time I asked Universe will you please present job opportunity where:-  
I am a part of top company in India
I have good designation
Profile offers excellent scope to learn new things and travel
Very stable job
Work life balance with ease
I don’t wish to travel beyond Dadar

As a result with amazing divine synchronicities I landed at NSDL (National Securities Depositories Limited) as an Assistant Manager. (I will have to write separate article on these divine synchronicities)

Needless to say, this job was meeting my definition of ideal job at that point of time.

So cutting my long story short these are few tips to apply LOA to attract right job for you.

Ask your heart and contemplate and get the rough idea of what ideal job means to you at current phase of life. Then ask Universe to present such opportunities

Don’t be too rigid in terms of location, city, country, profile, designation, company name etc if that specific thing falls under rough category you have outlined you will get it anyways

Use your logical mind to take necessary actions but do not let it decide what can make you happy

Do not buy any surveys or general perception. Just because that company is among top 5 list it doesn’t mean it is aligned with your career path; just because few profiles and designations are glorified doesn’t mean that it can offer career satisfaction

Please remember each one of us has our own unique journey. Do not compare and do not assume things which worked for others may or may not work for you.
