What do you really mean by being positive? Is it really possible to be positive all the time? Many people think this is new age fad, this is just a theory or Gyan , this is impractical or unrealistic, and it is impossible…. so on. While interacting with these people I realized they have lot of misconceptions about ‘positive thinking’ or ‘being positive’. First of all ‘positive thinking’ or ‘being positive’ doesn’t mean that you will never feel down, confused, anxious, fearful, angry etc. It doesn’t mean that you will stay in ‘highly motivated positive vibes’ zone all the time, 365 day and 24/7.
