How to stay sane in the midst of panic caused by corona pandemic

I do watch news daily and yes it is disturbing. However we all know that we create our own realities. What we are experiencing today is the result of mass consciousness.

Collectively (knowingly or unknowingly) all strata of the society were yearning for pause, change, breakthrough, growth and revolution on different aspects such as technology, politics, medicine, money, business, humanity, relationships, policies, laws, nature, animals, countries etc.

When we don't know why, when and how to stop or change; when we desire change but procrastinate to take action; when we desire change but choose to remain ignorant, we tend to create negative experiences !

Each and every seemingly negative experience help us redefine our relationship with our own selves and with the external world, COVID 19 pandemic is no exception. Causing many destinies intertwine, it forced us to introspect and break the silo mentality.

It is high time we acknowledge that if we want this World to be a better place then experts from all the fields (religion, politics, economics, business, technology, spirituality, medicine, law, science, arts, food, nature, philosophy etc) across the globe must work in tandem.

At individual level it is important to take all practical measures to stay safe physically. However I believe emotional and mental strength is equally important.

Why?

Well, because there is a law of the Universe, The Law of attraction!

According to Abraham-Hicks, 17 seconds of pure thought is the ignition point of attraction and if you manage to stay focused upon it for as little as 68 seconds, the vibration is powerful enough that its manifestation begins.

Thoughts like what if I come across infected person accidentally? What if I happen to touch a particular object carrying active bacteria? What if all physical and practical measures fail? What if my family members are not safe? What if my maid brings infection at home? Etc can attract these circumstances or experiences in your life.

Hence it is important to change these thoughts quickly.

How to do it ?

Limit your exposure to news or social media posts regarding CORONA, avoid dramatic discussions with family or friends. Writing is a powerful tool, write affirmations and feel it

I have been using these affirmation to deal with my fears and increase mental and emotional well being

  • In everyday life I instinctively make right choices for me and my family
  • I am always surrounded by healthy and fit people
  • Where ever I go I am surrounded by healthy and fit people
  • All the routes taken by me while travelling happen to be safest
  • While travelling I always happen to sit at right place
  • While travelling I always happen to be with healthy and fit co-passangers
  • Whosoever I meet today is a healthy and fit individual
  • Where ever I plan to go today is a safe place
  • Whatever I decide to do or not to do is a right choice for me and my family
  • My family members are always surrounded by healthy and fit people
  • My family members are always happen to be at safe place
  • My city and country is a safe place
  • All measures taken by country is producing phenomenal results
  • All leaders and exerts are instinctively taking right decisions for people at large

When your dominant thoughts or feelings are about safety and having healthy body then irrespective of external situations and experiences of people around you, law of attraction will ensure you are safe.

What kind of sportsmen/women you are! Numerology perspective !

Every number defines characteristics of our personality and it reflects in whatever we do in our life. During school and college days I was into competitive swimming.  I am now into coaching. A Journey of Trust: Manifesting the Right School for My Child

Growing up, my emotional needs were often overlooked. On top of that, the traumatic experiences and challenging home environment of my childhood gave me a clear understanding of what I didn’t want for my future child and the kind of healthy and nurturing environment I wanted to create. Later in life, even before becoming a parent, I often found myself giving parenting advice to friends—helping them navigate challenges, understand different perspectives, strike a balance between being too strict or too lenient or gentle, and regulate their own emotions. They often wondered how I had such insight despite not having children of my own.  When I finally became a mother — after the painful loss of two newborn twins and navigating the emotional and physical toll of infertility treatments — I was excited to begin my parenting journey. But I quickly realized that I was unprepared for the unique challenges that lay ahead. My son, Dev, experienced developmental delays and exhibited possible s...
