This is where asking "Why me" question will take us!





Why is this happening with me? Why me God? All of us must have asked these questions at some point of time in our lives. 

When we land up in situations where all logical reasoning fail to provide satisfactory answers, when we are faced with unique set of challenges, when inspite of having right mindset and approach everything seems to just fall apart, when we encounter situations where everything seems to be totally beyond our control...it is absolutely natural to ask these questions. 

Answers to this 'why' question lies in totally different dimension and realm, beyond this realities of Earth. Sessions with life coaches, counselors, professional psychic mediums, healers, hypnotherapist etc would definitely help to throw some light on these dark and sticky areas of our lives. However these answers may not be simple and direct, also they can be beyond our cognitive capacity to comprehend.

My own life experiences as well as my spiritual, mind training and self development consultation practice has  been helping me to gain substantial insights on this topic. 

I have observed that most of the time these answers fall under these 3 broader categories. 

1. Divine timing and highest good 

At times no matter how hard or desperately we try to make something happen things just don't show up.

Universe or higher intelligence knows when and how to grant our wishes. We receive when the timing is right for us and every one involved. Here rightness is referred to a state of being where we are fully prepared (physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally) to receive what we had asked for, when we are ready to deal with all pros and cons associated with this manifestation. 

In such challenging situations prayers bring miraculous results because prayers keep us in the zone of faith, clarity, surrender and allowance. This in turn helps us to take right and required actions by decoding signs presented by the Universe. 

Often this painful waiting period presents immense opportunities for personal and spiritual growth which actually prepare us to be vibrationally aligned with what we had asked for. Rather this journey is absolutely necessary before we get what we want.

2. Subconscious patterns 

We pick up so many points of view about all aspects of life from our parents, family members, teachers, friends basically from the society. Our own unique life experiences do add further layers to it. All this leads to subconscious mind programming. 

We often tend to unconsciously operate out of this programming not realizing it is working against us. This is like being on auto piolet mode or auto response system mode. We fail to see situations as it is, rather we see through filters of this subconscious programing. So everytime any person or situation triggers us we tend to respond in same old manner. 

This keeps us in constant loop or vicious circle of attracting negative experiences or challenges again and again. 

NLP training, mindfulness practices, present moment awareness practice can be very effective solution to such cases. It helps us to identify and break these patterns. 

3. Soul contracts and past lives

This is especially applicable in situations where we are constantly triggered and challenged by people around us; cases where root cause of the issue is not traceable; even cases like abuse, critical illnesses, accidents, deaths etc.  

Before we take birth on Earth plane, as a part of Pre- birth planning souls do choose to challenge each other by playing certain roles with sole intention of helping each other grow personally and spiritually. Often such choices are made to balance and release Karma of past lives. 

That's why it is said that your worst enemy on planet Earth is your best friend in other realm or dimension of existence. 

These intense challenges, traumas and sufferings usually push people to seek spiritual solutions. 

Hypnotherapy and past life regression works best in such cases. Insights from such sessions not only help us to decode why aspect but it also bring peace, healing and awareness. Then from this space it becomes easy to stay conscious and break free from karmic patterns.

My experiences with Angel Numbers
