How to implement 'law of attraction'

“Miracles starts happening when you give as much energy to your dreams as you to do your fears”…
Law of attraction holds true for both positive and negative state of mind.  It is up to us what we chose to attract in our life. If we keep thinking about achieving our dreams and goals then we will experience actual manifestation, if we keep thinking about what we lack, how and why we can’t achieve our dreams and goals then we will experience failures.
Now let’s see how to give positive energies to our dreams, goals, and desires. How to make law of attraction work in out favour.
I feel there are broadly 4 methods, let’s discuss each method in detail. You may follow all or any one of them depending upon nature of your dream or goal.
1.       Visualization
2.       Vision board
3.       Affirmations
4.       Positive Thinking and reminding yourself
1. Visualization
Visualization means actually playing movie/video in your mind, watching yourself manifesting your dreams. This can be done anywhere and anytime; while travelling, while waiting in queue, just before sleeping or just after you wake up in the morning, during lunch or coffee breaks at office..…It is similar to day dreaming. However there is a thin line between day dreaming and visualization. Day dreaming is just a wishful thinking...it is a random act whereas visualization is a technique practiced with faith and intention to achieve the desired results.
This technique is most suitable if you would like to manifest any specific event in your life. Sportsman/women are often trained this technique as to enhance their performance.
Tips for practising
1. Do it for minimum 15 min daily
2. Always imagine ultimate outcome I.e. imagine scene where your dream has come true or coming true. Don’t struggle to imagine ‘How’ part...it will be taken care of.
3. Feel intense emotions while visualizing. How would you feel at that very moment when your dream is manifested, how will you react and how people around you would react etc etc…try to feel everything NOW!
4. Be creative as much as you can. Imagine all minute details. Try to use all your senses, try to feel everything around you. People, things, place, weather, colors, clothes, reactions, expressions, smell etc etc
2. Vision Board
Vision board means expressing your dreams/goals through words or pictures. You can simply write down all your short term and long term dreams/goals, you can also add pictures or symbols that denotes your dreams. You may use excel workbooks, note book, simple plain paper, drawing board etc to create vision board.
This method is very effective when you want to manifest any material things or wish to travel many places in the world or wish to meet any specific person or you have goals that be measured ...etc etc
Tips for practising
1. It is always better to segregate your vision board e.g. if you are using excel workbook then create different sheets for different aspects of your life i.e. health, relationship, career, travel, money etc and start writing your goals and dreams and add relevant pictures
2. Daily go through it thrice a day
3. Keep changing symbols and pictures periodically
3. Affirmation
Affirmations mean saying or writing positive words and powerful statements about your dream/goals. There are lot of standard and common affirmations available on internet for manifesting good health, career, relationship etc…but I would suggest you to develop your own, as it is more effective.
This method is really helpful when you want to improve any situation, come out of any struggle, improve health etc etc.
Tips for practising
1.  Writing affirmation is very effective, write it once in a week and read thrice a day
2.  Write all statements in 'present perfect tense' or 'present continuous tense' e.g. I have successfully made this presentation in front of 1000 individuals...my health is now improving...I am now coming out of confusion ....I met my perfect partner...etc etc
3. Once in a day say these affirmations loudly standing in front of the mirror
4. Positive Thinking and reminding yourself
In day to day life when we are busy in following our hectic routine and regular activities we may feel disconnected from our ultimate dreams or goals, so there is a need to remind our own self ...constant reminders keep us motivated to take necessary actions. It also helps us to come out of any unpleasant situation quickly.
We just need to be more creative about setting these 'reminders'...here are some methods I follow...
1. Setting actual reminder in my cell phone twice a day that gives me pop up message on my screen. I keep changing pop up messages.
2. Passwords of office desktops and email accounts are always related to my short term goals
3. Draw symbol representing my dream and goal on small paper chit...and paste it on cupboard or at different places at my house or keep it inside the car...so where ever I go...irrespective of my mood...when I glance at it...I get charged up ...filled with hope... :)
4. Surrounding myself with people who share similar interests, goals or mission, really helps a lot. I get lot of motivation and inspiration.
Use any method or technique, important point is 'Faith'....everything revolves around it...isn't it ???

What kind of sportsmen/women you are! Numerology perspective !

Every number defines characteristics of our personality and it reflects in whatever we do in our life. During school and college days I was into competitive swimming.  I am now into coaching. While coaching, numerologist in me keep analyzing how numbers are influencing behavior of my swimmers. This is real fun and I enjoy thoroughly. Birthdate number and life path number are key numbers having major influence on any individual. First calculate your birthdate number and life path number and then read explanation given below for these two numbers. e.g. Birth date is 22 nd Dec 1985 22 nd reduced to single digit will be 2+2 =4. Here 4 is birthdate number. So check for explanation for number 4. Similar way reduce month and year number to single digit. December stands for 12, when reduced to single digit becomes 3 (1+2=3) Year 1985 when reduced to single digit becomes 5 (1+9+8+5=23, 2+3 = 5) Life path number = birthdate no + month no + year no...

My Experience of Akashic Record

In the year 2006 I was pursuing MBA first year. One day I had terrible fight with my hostel roommates. I had been falsely accused of breaking rules. Though few days later everyone apologized, that day was spent in extreme agony triggering all painful memories hidden deep inside my soul.  That night lying on my bed, looking at the crescent moon through a window, I was weeping with rage. My mind was rapidly recalling all repressed awful memories. All challenges, humiliation, insults, and failures I had faced since childhood. All situations where I had to suffer either as a result of my own mistakes / weaknesses or because of someone else's fault. Faces of all those people who hurt me were popping up in my mind…those who had made fun of me, those who thought I am incapable of achieving anything in life, those who were pretending to be well wisher but had other hidden agenda etc etc First time I was not only upset wit...
